By continuing to use this Rainbow Chinese School registration system you are agreeing to the following conditions, effective January 01, 2016:
家長之義務和責任 (Parent’s Obligation and Responsibility):
a. Waiver of Liability I consent to the above named person(s) participating in the ANCCS activities, hosted by Rainbow Chinese School and agree on behalf of said person(s) and the undersigned that we assume the risk of accident or injuries sustained from whatever cause in connection therewith and release ANCCS, Rainbow Chinese School and Fremont Union High School District, its board members, officers, staff, agents, volunteers, employees and associates from any liability from any such accident or injury. (ANCCS stands for Association of North California Chinese Schools北加州中文學校聯合會)
b. Participation Agreement In consideration of myself or my child participating in the programs of Rainbow Chinese School or ANCCS, I agree on behalf of myself and my child to assume all risks of injury to my child and to waive all claims, actions, and damages against the ANCCS and to release my child’s photos for publications. I further agree not to sue the ANCCS, its staff, board members, volunteers, officers, directors, employees, agents or assigns for any claims arising out of participation in the ANCCS programs, the actions of the school district or youth groups’ employees, officers or agents, or the actions of the program participants.
c. 家長或監護人同意: 學校不負任何有關學生之法律責任﹔逾時接送學生，願受罰款$40。By enrolling your children in this school, you release the school from all liabilities during the school year, and will pay a fine of $40 per late pickup.
d. 本校為非營利機構，學生家長每年必須為學校義務服務。課堂值日不屬於計點服務之內。Rainbow Chinese School is a non-profit organization. Students’ parents are obligated to provide volunteer services yearly. Room parent duty is not included in the required volunteer service time.
